Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# GitHub Actions Generator Generate production-ready GitHub Actions workflows and custom actions following current best practices, security standards, and naming conventions. All generated resources are automatically validated using the devops-skills:github-actions-validator skill. ## Philosophy - Treat the supply chain as hostile: pin actions to a commit SHA and grant the least permissions that work. - Prefer fast feedback: use caching, concurrency cancellation and sensible timeouts. - Validate every complete resource before presenting it, and fix before delivery rather than after. ## When to Use - Creating or scaffolding workflows under `.github/workflows` for CI, testing or deployment. - Building composite, Docker or JavaScript actions, or reusable workflows. - Adding security scanning such as dependency review, CodeQL or SBOM attestation. - Setting up matrix builds, caching, environments or job summaries. ## When Not to Use - Validating or debugging an existing workflow without generating anything: use the validator skill alone. - Targeting other CI systems such as GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines or Jenkins. …

How to install
mdr add pantheon-org/tekhne/github-actions-generator@sha256:957cee5b92c463a0The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261002.e6369ee, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
