Tend-specific instructions for tend CI workflows. Adds non-standard workflow inclusion for usage analysis and repo conventions on top of the bundled tend-ci-runner skills.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Tend CI Repo-specific instructions for tend workflows running on tend itself. The bundled skills (`/tend-ci-runner:run-tend`, `/tend-ci-runner:review`, `/tend-ci-runner:triage`, etc.) provide the workflow framework; this skill adds tend conventions. ## Filing issues in other repos Standing exception granted: file directly in agent-equipped targets without asking permission here first. Most tend consumers in `data/consumers.json` qualify, as do other Claude-Code-action-using repos. The default rule (open an issue here asking permission first) still applies when the target shows no agent signals. ## Proposing instructions `/tend-ci-runner:propose-instructions` routes a bundled rule upstream to tend, which is this repo, so the rule lands here as a PR rather than an issue. That PR follows that skill's **Mechanics**, with the file under `plugins/` as step 2's dedup target and without step 3's read-only-mount workaround, which only `.claude/skills/` needs. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
