Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # OfficeCLI documents `officecli` is a THIRD-PARTY binary (github.com/iOfficeAI/OfficeCLI, Apache-2.0, C#, self-contained, no Office installation, no Python). LUCID does not bundle it and does not fork it. This skill is LUCID's, authored here against a pinned upstream release, per ADR-0306. Upstream's own SKILL.md is reference material, never the authority: where upstream tells you to pipe an installer into a shell or to let its binary write into an agent's skill directory, this file overrides it. **Pinned upstream version: v1.0.145** (published 2026-08-25, verified 2026-08-30 against the iOfficeAI/OfficeCLI releases API). Every command and flag below was read off the v1.0.145 surface. ## Detection first, then stop or proceed You MUST prove the tool exists before you plan a document workflow. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
