Loads minimum hierarchical plan context (.claude/plans/) for current execution focus. Auto-invokes every session when plans exist. Stays under 800 always-loaded tokens regardless of plan tree size.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Plan Loader Provides minimum plan context for the hierarchical planning system. Read-only. ## Behavior (in order) 1. **Detect:** if `.claude/plans/` does NOT exist → exit silently 2. **Read** `.claude/plans/active.json` — current focus pointer 3. **Load mission.md** (T0) if it exists 4. **Load active T1 → T2 → T3 → T4** per `active.*` pointers; for the active T3 also load sibling T4 summaries (id + intent + status only) 5. **Stamp** loaded nodes `trust: plan` per `rules/core/plan-trust-policy.md` ## Budget Always-loaded target 800 tokens (hard cap 1000). How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
