Maintain the project's master TODO — the internal backlog in docs/TODO.md and its dated archive docs/TODO-done.md. Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Maintain the master TODO Keep the project's `docs/TODO.md` (the live backlog) and `docs/TODO-done.md` (the dated archive) accurate, honest, and well-ordered. Template + full legend live in those files' headers. ## Status markers (status first, then optional priority) - `[ ]` not started · `[~]` in progress / partial · `[?]` **implemented but unverified** (code looks done, not yet proven) · `[x]` done and verified. - `[P]` is a *separate* priority marker, prepended: `[ ] [P] …`. - **Verification type** on every item: `🤖` = an agent can prove it with a test/command · `🙋` = needs a human (manual test, judgment, real-world check). Every item carries a `→ verify:` line stating exactly how. - **Exposure tags** (optional): `🌍` public-eligible · `🔒` internal-only · `⚖` needs ToS/Privacy review. ## What this skill does - **Add** an item to the right section with a status marker, verification type + `→ verify:`, `deps:`, and any tags. New work without a clear verify is incomplete — ask or infer one. - **Advance** status: `[ ]`→`[~]`→`[?]`→`[x]`. How to install
mdr add gabrieldabbah/genesis/todo@sha256:5ecd672407eec1b3The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260728.9da56a5, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
