Build a prep brief for a recurring 1:1 with a skip-level or senior leader. Pulls the last meeting's notes, the tickets you touched since, recent chat threads with that leader and any drafts they are waiting on, then drafts a fixed five-block agenda with a carry-forward list and an after-action step. Use when the user says they have a 1:1 coming up, asks to prep for one, asks "what should I raise with <name>", or wants to review what is outstanding since the last one.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # 1:1 prep for a senior leader A recurring 1:1 with a skip-level is thirty minutes that is easy to waste on a status list. Come with at most two decisions, one strategic thread and one question about yourself. ## When to run - **The day before:** run this skill and leave the brief open for edits. - **In the meeting:** work the agenda and take notes in the same place as last time. - **Within the hour after:** run the after-action step below. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
