clink-masteragent is agent-read markdown (skill) from xenodeve/xeno-skills: What a master agent owns and can never delegate, and how to pick the model for a delegation from measured scores instead of memory. Use before any clink delegation, and whenever choosing between models, efforts, or clients — including "which model should review this", "is the cheap one good enough", "should I escalate the effort". Carries the full per-axis score table for every reachable model+effort inline, generated from the structured source, so the choice is made against data rather than rec.
Indexed from public GitHub and served as immutable, content-addressed versions. Install it pinned to an exact SHA-256 with the mdr CLI, and every file is verified against the hash recorded here before it reaches your agent. The deterministic audit below grades the latest version, and the same file always earns the same grade.
How to install
