ship SKILL.md skillA
ship from renzrollon/interlock is an agent skill: a SKILL.md folder an AI agent loads when a task calls for it.
mdr add renzrollon/interlock/ship@git:20260910.56b5b0dPins git:20260910.56b5b0d in mdr.lock. Pin the fingerprint instead.

Launch the Interlock ship workflow — take a reviewed OpenSpec change from tasks to commit in one uninterrupted run (waves, verify, commit). Default is lean; pass --strict for review, handoff and conformance. Use when the user ran /interlock:ship, asked to ship a reviewed change, or spec --continue passed the readiness gate. Never invoke after spec unless they asked.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
This skill does not implement the ship loop. It launches `${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/workflows/ship.js` on the Workflow runtime. Implementing waves, review, remediation, verification, or a commit from this conversation is a bug.
The loop lives in that script on purpose: a skill is instructions a model can talk itself out of, and ship is sold as a run that asks nothing. Keep it that way.
Default is **lean**: waves → unit verify → commit. Adversarial review, handoff artifacts and conformance are opt-in. `--strict` restores the previous full loop.
## 1. Parse arguments
From `$ARGUMENTS` (or the Skill `args` payload) build an **object**. Prefer `{ change: "<name>" }`. A bare string or a one-element array is also a change name — the script accepts all three — but never omit the name when the user gave one. A nameless validate against several active changes is a halt, not a prompt.
| Input | `args` field |
|---|---|
| First non-flag token | `change` (omit if none — the script resolves the active change) |
| `mode=continue` / this run is spec `--continue` | `mode: "continue"` (omit otherwise; the script defaults to `checkpoint`) |

How to install
mdr add renzrollon/interlock/ship@sha256:76b717c3369edc57The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260910.56b5b0d, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
