Build, view, update, and navigate a project's call graph as GEML codemap documents. Use when asked to see/update/build a project's code graph or codemap (看下/更新下 code-graph), when asked "who calls X" / "what does X call" / to trace a call chain or impact path, or whenever a .geml/codemap/ directory with index.geml and _index/name-lookup.json exists. Detects the project's languages itself — never asks the user; viewing ends with the browser OPEN on the graph.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Code-graph navigation (codemap profile)
This is the in-repo variant of `integrations/*/skills/geml-code-graph/SKILL.md`: paths are repository-relative and it adds the local `node geml-parser/dist/geml.js codemap …` form; the plugin copies are byte-identical to each other and ship with the agent host plugins (`geml skill install` installs only the `geml` skill).
The call graph lives as **text documents, not a database** (profile:
`spec/profiles/geml-codemap/geml-codemap-profile.md`): one GEML document per container (module / dir /
file), each with ONE meta (`module`, `src`, `entry`, `resolution-default`),
empty-body `code` blocks per method, and up to three CSV edge tables —
`#calls` (out), `#called-by` (in), `#unresolved` (blind spots). The build's
`verify` has checked that every edge reference resolves.

How to install
mdr add geml-spec/geml/geml-code-graph@sha256:e3d7d561231679e1The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261016.fbccbf9, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
