Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # /handoff — Cross-Tool Work Handoff No AI coding tool can read another's transcript: Claude Code locks sessions in `~/.claude/projects/<munged-cwd>/<uuid>.jsonl`, Codex/OpenCode in their own stores, Antigravity in encrypted `.pb`. The only thing portable across tools is a **self-contained document**. This skill writes that document — your current goal, decisions, and the EXACT uncommitted edits — so any other AI agent can pick up where you left off, without you re-explaining anything. **Use this skill when** the user is low on tokens, wants to switch tools mid-task, is moving to another machine, or says "handoff" / "continue elsewhere" / "out of tokens". This skill is **self-contained**: it works with only `git` + a shell. How to install
mdr add anton-abyzov/vskill/handoff@sha256:2d222ed579fcc18fThe line at the top of this page pins the label v1.0.0, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
