USE FOR: Implementation plans and durable task tracking: reduce ambiguity, compare options, parallel investigation, multi-source synthesis, review gates, planning evidence, handoff/resume, DONE/BLOCKED verification, and Secret-Gist handoff semantics. DO NOT USE FOR: artifact storage mechanics, machine-only outputs, internal logs, code/config artifacts, unrelated tasks, broad rewrites outside the request, or generated runtime outputs.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

This skill owns planning semantics and evidence expectations, not artifact storage or delivery mechanics. Leave a durable artifact of your work; where and how it is created, reused, discovered, and delivered is governed elsewhere in this environment. Follow the output language designated by the active runtime/session policy or explicit request. Do not establish an independent language policy in this skill. ## 1. Workflow 1. How to install
mdr add i9wa4/dotfiles/plan-design@sha256:581b889041d659b3The line at the top of this page pins the label v1.0.0, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
