Save an OpenCode Zen API key without exposing it in chat.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
Tell the user to run this command in a separate terminal: Linux/macOS (POSIX shell): ```sh "$HOME/.local/share/multi-cli/bin/multi" connect zen ``` Windows PowerShell: ```powershell & "$HOME/.local/share/multi-cli/bin/multi.cmd" connect zen ``` Windows cmd: ```bat "%USERPROFILE%\.local\share\multi-cli\bin\multi.cmd" connect zen ``` Use the command for the target shell; Windows installs `.cmd` and `.ps1` shims, not an extensionless executable. The helper prompts privately and saves the key in OpenCode's auth store. Tell the user to relaunch Claude afterward. Never accept, request, read, or print the key in chat or pass it as a command argument.

How to install
mdr add greenpolo/cc-multi-cli-plugin/connect@sha256:09f7df6ec728dad5The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260922.10ecda1, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
