Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # Design Everything before production code. This spine routes; the craft lives in the reference files — load only what the mode needs. ## Contract (all modes) - **Deliverables are documents and artifacts**, never production code. The one sanctioned codebase touch is vary mode's throwaway picker harness, removed when a variant is promoted. - **Authority chain, every mode:** the user's words → the project's design system (DESIGN.md, tokens, components) → the subject itself → your judgment. Never let a preset or a habit override an upstream authority. - **Derivation is the default; presets are commissions.** Direction comes from the subject and brief (`direct/index.md`). This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
