Use before reporting a completion number, when asked "where are we", at the end of a piece of work, and to find what a session that died left behind.

# Bilan **The completion number is this script's number, never yours.** It used to be narrated: it came from the session's account of itself, so a session that *believed* it was done reported 8 or 10 while it still held open carnet issues, had commits sitting unpushed, or had background work still running. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
