Orchestrates automated sprint implementation from phase plans — e.g. 'run phase 1', 'implement sprint 1.3', 'run phase 4 in a worktree'. Optional worktree mode isolates a phase run on its own branch so two phases can run at once. Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Phase Builder
Orchestrates sprint implementation from phase plan files at `docs/phases/Phase-{N}-*.md`. Reads the plan, identifies incomplete sprints, **groups sprints into parallel waves when safe**, spawns one sub-agent per sprint (multiple sub-agent calls in the same turn when running a wave), processes results, and manages human checkpoints at blockers and phase boundaries. **Default remains sequential** when the dependency graph, overlap risk, or sprint semantics do not justify parallelism.

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
