The wave-executor is process scaffolding around LLM agents. It handles task breakdown, scope enforcement, circuit breaker guards, and recovery patterns. Unlike direct chat with an agent, it trades flexibility for safety and repeatability across a bounded execution envelope. Every harness creates friction.
