Creates an Architecture Decision Record (context, ≥2 options with costs, decision, consequences, verification) or retrofits an existing ADR to the template. Every significant technical choice (stack, API style, auth, data, engine, deployment) gets an ADR before code.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Architecture Decision Record
Reply in the project conversation language (CLAUDE.md → Language); code, identifiers, paths and commit messages stay in English.
Template `.claude/docs/templates/adr.md`; files `docs/architecture/adr-NNNN-<slug>.md`. Version facts come from `.claude/docs/stack-reference/` (`stack-reference/` below). A studio agent is `web-studio:<name>` in plugin mode and `<name>` in copy mode. The review mode is `--review`, else `production/review-mode.txt`. In the commands below, `<hooks>` is `.claude/hooks/` in copy mode and `${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/hooks/` in plugin mode.

1. **`retrofit <path>`** (no path → ask which ADR): read the existing ADR and find the missing sections — Status is BLOCKING; Options, Consequences and Verification are HIGH.

How to install
mdr add gonimar/claude-web-studio/architecture-decision@sha256:f0d04dcf7d330082The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260927.f32d805, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
