Use weekly (before the weekly review), the day the owner rules on profile conflicts, and after an add-experience batch: evidence ids resolve, every corpus folder is linked, facts and corpus agree, and the stale to-confirm notes and open questions are listed for the owner.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Corpus audit Owner: corpus-keeper (card `agents/corpus-keeper.md`). Tier: T1 (reads all of `profile/`; writes only the keeper's files). Serves the Recruiter: a clean record and the "For the owner" list for the needs-you queue. Today is !`date +%F`. ## Inputs Work from the user's data folder (`$JAJA_DATA`). In order: 1. The rulings the hook printed; `agents/corpus-keeper.md`. 2. `profile/facts.yaml` (`conflicts:`, timeline), `profile/evidence.yaml`, `profile/projects-index.md`, `profile/CORPUS-STATUS.md`, `profile/corpus/*/README.md`. 3. `profile/PROFILE.md` and `profile/PROFILE-HOLDS.md` (read only). 4. `issues.md` rows owned by `corpus-keeper`. ## Outputs - Fixes in the keeper's files only; `profile/CORPUS-STATUS.md` section "Top questions only the owner can answer". - `issues.md` rows for profile-editor when a fix changes what PROFILE.md may say. - The change set (paths and `shasum -a 256`) and the "For the owner" list to the Recruiter. - Reply: keeper findings before and after (states: which checks are clean, which remain and why), the "For the owner" counts with the top five questions, the hand-offs; the last lines of `check_evidence.py` and `corpus_audit.py`. …

How to install
mdr add kahl-d/jaja/corpus-audit@sha256:635145c6f6d6efd0The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261023.580eef2, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
