Use when the js-scout routine runs, when the owner asks for fresh AI/ML postings, or when targets/companies.yaml or sources.yaml changed and the job feed (boards, APIs, alert mail) must be refreshed and its edge cases (title, ghost, sponsorship, missing JD) judged.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. Today's receipt `logs/runs/js-scout/<today>.md` in the runtime, if the routine ran. 3. `targets/roles.md` (title filter, location rule, sponsorship lists), `research/lenses.md`. 4. `sources.yaml`, `targets/companies.yaml`, `targets/platforms.yaml`. 5. `state/review/job-alerts-<today>.md` and `state/review/x-watch-<today>.md` when written; existing `jobs/*.md`. ## Outputs - `jobs/*.md`: `status`, `tags`, sponsorship fields from a quoted line, a dated line under `## Scout review`. - `sources.yaml` (lifecycle state; `passed_gates` only through `scout_review.py close`), the board fields of `targets/companies.yaml`. - `## Scout review <HH:MM>` appended to the day's receipt. - Reply: `Moved:` counts by decision · `Needs you:` or "none" · `Next:` kept ids for fit-scorer.
