Find a completed phase's requirements with no failing-capable test coverage and generate tests to close the gaps, in the project's own framework.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

Close the test-coverage gaps for a completed phase. One question drives it:
which phase requirements have NO test that would fail if that requirement
regressed? Those are the gaps. Audit them, then generate real tests to cover
them, in the project's own test framework.
Audit and generate in one un-duplicated flow. No fixed stack, no Playwright/E2E
default - the test kind and runner follow the code and `workflow.test_command`.

Run the coverage workflow end-to-end. Coverage means a test that would FAIL if
the requirement broke - not a test that merely runs the code. Get user approval
on the gap test plan before generating (when `testing.scope` is unset), and
verify generated tests actually run.

How to install
mdr add crenshawdev/cadence/cad-coverage@sha256:9ef59bec432f9be2The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261103.1c9f757, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
