Triage review findings interactively — approve, skip, or prioritize each issue. Use after /phx:review to filter findings before fixing.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Triage — Interactive Review Resolution
Walk through review findings one by one for human decision before
committing to fixes.

## Why Triage
After `/phx:review` produces findings, you have three options:
1. **Fix everything** — `/phx:plan .claude/plans/{slug}/reviews/...`
2. **Triage first** — `/phx:triage` (filter, then fix what matters)
3. **Handle manually** — Read review, pick what to fix yourself
Best when review has 5+ findings and you want to prioritize.
## Workflow
### Step 1: Load Review
Read the review file. Parse all findings with severity.
**Iron Law violations first**: list findings that match an Iron Law at the
top, recommended as "Fix it". The user still makes the call (Iron Law 6).
### Step 2: Present ALL Findings for Batch Selection
Use `AskUserQuestion` with `multiSelect: true`. Start with
severity shortcuts, then list individual findings:

How to install
mdr add oliver-kriska/claude-elixir-phoenix/triage@sha256:d07421c075a9aa30The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260929.c08ad14, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
