# weekly-report 1. Collect the git log for the last 7 days and the closed issues for the same window. 2. Group the work by feature area. 3. Write the report with sections Summary, Shipped, In progress, Risks. 4. Keep each bullet to one line and reference the commit or issue ID. 5. Save the report to `reports/weekly/YYYY-MM-DD.md`. 6. Never include work you cannot trace to a commit or issue.
