# status-update 1. Collect the git log since the last update (default: 2 days). 2. Write three short paragraphs: Done, Next, Blocked. 3. Do not reference commit IDs — write for a non-technical reader. 4. Keep the whole update under 150 words. 5. Post the update to the `#status` channel with the messaging tool; if no messaging tool exists, print it in chat.
