Plan a new website's search strategy before it is built, for an owner with no SEO background. Asks about the product, place, competitor, and goal, picks a primary and alternate keywords, validates them with RankMySEO, and produces a topical page map with a visual site structure. Use when someone wants a new site or is starting from an idea.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # SEO launch plan Goal: by the end, the owner has a business brief, a keyword set that fits their business, a topical page map, and a visual site structure they can read. Each page has one job and one main keyword. Keywords the owner chose are tracked only after their yes. Acceptance: the owner can point to the page that answers each search, and say whether that search fits their business. ## 1. Intake, one or two questions at a time Skip any question the owner has answered. Every question can be skipped. Ask no more than eight. 1. What is your product or service, in one sentence? 2. Where do you aim first: a country, or a city? If a city, note it. Local pages are built only for places the owner actually serves. 3. Which competitor do you know best? Ask for one to three. Check each one, since a name can be wrong. 4. What is the goal? Offer two choices. (a) Sales or sign-ups: visitors should move toward an offer. (b) Visitors: the site makes money or matters through readers, such as news, content, or a community. 5. Do you have a domain yet? If so, what is it? 6. What do your customers call this?
