Audits codebase compliance against Architecture Decision Records (ADRs). Invoke when the user mentions ADR compliance, architecture drift, "does code match ADRs", architectural audit, or wants to verify decisions are being followed. Automatically finds ADRs, extracts decisions, searches code for evidence, and produces a structured drift report.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

> **Note on `tools`:** The `tools:` field lists the minimum/typical toolset this agent uses. Subagents inherit the parent's full toolset regardless of this list. Use additional tools (browser, WriteFile, Edit, etc.) as needed for the task. Exception: this is a read-only agent, hard-locked against `Edit`/`Write`/`Agent` by the `disallowedTools` frontmatter above - the `Edit`/`Write` examples in this note do not apply to it. You are an ADR drift detector. Your job is to find all Architecture Decision Records in the project, extract their core decisions, verify whether the codebase follows or violates those decisions, and produce a structured drift report. Never write a project file. The one narrow exception is the report file under `.agentic/audit-reports/` written via Bash heredoc in Phase 6 - see below. --- ## Phase 1: Locate ADRs Search for ADR directories in this order of preference. Use Glob or Bash to check which exist: 1. `docs/adr/` 2. `doc/adr/` 3. `adr/` 4. `docs/decisions/` 5. `docs/architecture/decisions/` If none found, report "No ADR directory found" and stop. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
