vulnerability-csv-reporting SKILL.md skillA
vulnerability-csv-reporting from cxcscmu/skilllearnbench is an agent skill: a SKILL.md folder an AI agent loads when a task calls for it.
mdr add cxcscmu/skilllearnbench/vulnerability-csv-reporting@git:20260424.d50cf5aPins git:20260424.d50cf5a in mdr.lock. Pin the fingerprint instead.

Generate structured CSV security audit reports from vulnerability data with proper filtering and formatting.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Vulnerability CSV Reporting
Creating a clear and structured CSV report is essential for communicating security audit findings.
## CSV Schema
For a standard security audit, the following columns are often used:
`Package,Version,CVE_ID,Severity,CVSS_Score,Fixed_Version,Title,Url`
## Python Example for CSV Generation
Using the `csv` module in Python ensures proper escaping of fields that might contain commas or quotes (like titles and descriptions).
```python
import csv
import json
def generate_report(vulnerabilities, output_file):
headers = ['Package', 'Version', 'CVE_ID', 'Severity', 'CVSS_Score', 'Fixed_Version', 'Title', 'Url']
with open(output_file, 'w', newline='') as f:
writer = csv.DictWriter(f, fieldnames=headers)
writer.writeheader()
for vuln in vulnerabilities:
# Filter for High/Critical if not already done
if vuln['Severity'] not in ['HIGH', 'CRITICAL']:
continue
writer.writerow({
'Package': vuln.get('PkgName'),
'Version': vuln.get('InstalledVersion'),
'CVE_ID': vuln.get('VulnerabilityID'),
…Read the whole file at its exact version.
How to install
mdr add cxcscmu/skilllearnbench/vulnerability-csv-reporting@sha256:2e08ab75044b0a19The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260424.d50cf5a, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
