Use when work spans several files or sessions, the user asks for a plan, spec, PRD or tickets, or after grill settles a project-size design.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Plan
A plan records the decisions the implementer can't make alone: which files, which names and signatures, the spec's exact values, and the check that proves each task. Leave the code out. A plan longer than the code it describes has written the code; a line that decides nothing ("handle edge cases", "TBD", "add validation") is a gap.

Follow the repo's existing plan or spec location if it has one. Explore the code first and keep what the plan needs: file pointers, conventions, test commands, entry points. If a product decision is still open, run the `grill` skill first.

How to install
mdr add umararshad4/honey-stack/plan@sha256:a8c3cd9761dd9226The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261031.70e54fb, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
