Use when a repo needs CI/CD on GitHub Actions — PR checks into develop, one image build per commit pushed by digest, dev on develop, stg and prd by approved fast-forward promotion of stage and main — with least-privilege permissions, SHA-pinned actions, OIDC and provenance.

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
