DaleStudy 조직의 Cloudflare 사용 규칙 (Workers 배포, 시크릿 관리, PR 미리보기, URL 형식). 다음 상황에서 사용: (1) wrangler.jsonc 또는 wrangler.toml 작업 시, (2) Worker 배포 워크플로우(deploy.yml, preview.yml) 작성·수정 시, (3) Worker에 시크릿이나 환경 변수를 추가·변경할 때, (4) PR 미리보기 설정 시, (5) 페이지 URL·트레일링 슬래시·canonical·sitemap 작업 시, (6) 'Cloudflare', 'wrangler', 'trailing slash', 'html_handling', 'Workers', 'secret put', 'Workers Builds', 'wrangler-action' 키워드가 포함된 작업 시.

# Cloudflare
## Workers 배포와 시크릿
DaleStudy는 오픈소스 커뮤니티라 모든 기여자에게 Cloudflare 접근 권한을 줄 수 없다. 그래서 배포와 시크릿을 **GitHub 쪽에 모은다**. 빌드 로그는 누구나 Actions에서 볼 수 있고, 시크릿은 GitHub secret 한 곳에서 관리한다.
### 규칙
1. **배포는 GitHub Actions로만 한다.** `cloudflare/wrangler-action`으로 배포하고, Cloudflare 대시보드의 Workers Builds(Git 연결)는 쓰지 않는다. 둘을 함께 켜면 한 번 머지에 두 번 배포된다.
2. **시크릿의 원본은 GitHub secret이다.** 여러 저장소가 쓰는 값은 조직 secret, 한 저장소만 쓰는 값은 저장소 secret에 둔다. 배포 워크플로우가 Worker에 넣는다.
3. **Worker secret을 직접 바꾸지 않는다.** `wrangler secret put`이나 대시보드로 넣은 값은 같은 이름이면 다음 배포 때 GitHub 값으로 덮이고, 다른 이름이면 GitHub에 기록 없이 Worker에만 남는다.
4. **공개해도 되는 값은 `wrangler.jsonc`의 `vars`에 둔다.** App ID, Client ID, 공개 URL 같은 값이다. 같은 이름을 vars와 secret에 함께 두지 않는다.
5. **로컬 개발 값은 `.dev.vars`에 둔다.** 커밋하지 않는다.
### 시크릿 추가 절차
새 시크릿 `FOO_API_KEY`가 필요하면:
1. 조직에서 이미 쓰는 값인지 먼저 확인한다: `gh secret list --org DaleStudy`
2. 없으면 운영진에게 GitHub secret 등록을 요청한다. 직접 권한이 있다면 `gh secret set FOO_API_KEY --org DaleStudy --repos <repo>` 또는 `--repo DaleStudy/<repo>`
3. `wrangler.jsonc`의 `secrets.required`에 이름을 추가한다 (쓰는 저장소만)
4. `deploy.yml`에서 Worker로 넘기는 목록에 추가한다

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
