GitHub Actions 워크플로우 생성, 보안 및 버전 관리 스킬. 다음 상황에서 사용: (1) 새 워크플로우 파일(.yml) 작성 시, (2) 기존 워크플로우 수정 시, (3) 액션 버전 검토 또는 업데이트 시, (4) CI/CD 보안 감사 시, (5) 'actions/', 'uses:', 'workflow', '.github/workflows' 키워드가 포함된 작업 시.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

## 주의 사항 (Anti-patterns)
### 1. 오래된 버전 사용

최신 버전에서 제공하는 성능 개선과 보안 패치를 놓치지 않도록 합니다.

> 참고: 보안 민감 환경이나 신뢰도 낮은 서드파티 액션은 [SHA 피닝](https://docs.github.com/en/actions/security-guides/security-hardening-for-github-actions#using-third-party-actions)(`@a1b2c3...`)을 고려.
### 2. 민감정보 하드코딩

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
