Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Paper Check Every number, method claim and citation in the paper must trace to code, data, results or a cited source. Output a prioritized list of issues with specific fixes. For a code release request, follow [references/code-release.md](references/code-release.md) and skip Steps 1-4. ## Step 1: Discover Files 1. Find the paper's .tex files (Glob for `**/*.tex`) 2. Identify the main .tex file (usually imports other sections) and the document structure 3. Find .bib files for citation checking 4. Locate result files (JSON, CSV, logs), configs, evaluation scripts and training logs 5. Identify the key code modules referenced by the paper's methods When you run the checks yourself, read the full paper, or the sections the user names. When you hand checks to subagents, pass them the file paths from items 1-5 instead. ## Step 2: Run the Six Checks Run all six checks by default. When the user names specific checks (for example only citations or BibTeX), run only those, and only the Step 1 items they need (check 5 needs just the .bib files and the `\cite` sites). …

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
