Drive the dex analytics-engineering engine via its command contract.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. What the file says
Follow [`AGENTS.md`](../../AGENTS.md) at the repository root. In short: dex's logic lives in the `exmergo-dex-core` engine. Drive it by running `uv run python -m exmergo_dex_core <subcommand>`, read the single JSON envelope it prints, and decide the next step. Never re-implement the engine in instructions. The guardrails (read-only against data, writes confined to the repo as diffs, dev-target-only builds, cost surfaced before spend, no credentials or raw rows in context, PII flagged not surfaced) are enforced in the engine. See `AGENTS.md` for the full command surface and envelope spec, and `dex procedure` for the procedure to follow (its section in `AGENTS.md`).

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
