First-time onboarding for a new web project — asks where you are, configures the stack, and routes to product-spec or game-concept. Use when starting from scratch or when technical-preferences.md is still [TO BE CONFIGURED].
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Start
Reply in the project conversation language (CLAUDE.md → Language); code, identifiers, paths and commit messages stay in English.
Entry point for a new project. Assumes nothing — asks, then routes. Writes files only after "May I write?" → "yes".
`Bash` is used for two things: `touch .claude/.write-consent` after the Phase 3 write answer, and the Phase 5 commit with its gate record; every other step reads and asks. A command in a hand-off is `/web-studio:<command>` in plugin mode and `/<command>` in copy mode; `<hooks>` is `.claude/hooks/` in copy mode and `${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/hooks/` in plugin mode.

How to install
mdr add gonimar/claude-web-studio/start@sha256:bb86e124af270cc9The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260927.f32d805, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
