Per-ticket learnings capture invoked at /ds-implement-ticket Phase 11b. Constrained subset of /ds-wrap that fires automatically on every PR opened. Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

**Required reading before acting.** Read `content/references/conductor-operating-rules.md` §wrap-ticket writer carve-out for the exact write-permission boundaries, file ownership rules, and soft-fail discipline. The carve-out lists every file you are authorized to write and every file you are forbidden from touching. Operating outside that boundary is a protocol violation.
