Audit this repository's local proposal queue for stale entries: proposals still marked proposed, deferred, or accepted even though the work already shipped, plus old proposals whose subject has become inert. Reconcile proposals against plugin changelogs and first-parent Git history, automatically resolve only unambiguous shipped matches, and ask before any weak-match, aged, dismissal, or deferral decision. Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Stale Proposals Reconcile the open proposal queue against what actually shipped. Trust shipping evidence more than age. An unambiguous shipped match can close automatically because the evidence is inspectable and the decision is reversible. Age or silence alone requires the user's judgment. ## Invocation - `$stale-proposals` — audit the queue, auto-resolve strong shipped matches, and ask about everything else. - `$stale-proposals` with `no apply` or `report only` — write nothing and report all verdicts. ## Step 1 — Collect bounded evidence From the repository root, run: ```bash bun .agents/skills/stale-proposals/scripts/collect-evidence.ts ``` The script prints one of: - `OK|<bundle-path>|<open>|<bullets>|<commits>|<cutoff>` - `NONE|no-open-proposals` - `NONE|no-proposals-dir` For `NONE|no-open-proposals`, report `Queue is clean — no open proposals.` and stop. For a missing proposals directory, report the missing queue and stop. Do not read the evidence bundle in the main session. It can be tens of thousands of tokens and exists specifically to keep that corpus isolated. ## Step 2 — Match in one isolated worker …

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
