Report a bug, request a feature, or send general feedback to the ALIVE team. Collects safe system metadata, shows a preview, and creates a GitHub Issue. Nothing personal leaves the machine, only what you type and anonymous system info.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Feedback Send feedback to the ALIVE team. Bug reports, feature requests, general thoughts — whatever is on your mind. Nothing personal leaves your machine. The only content in the issue is what you type plus anonymous system metadata (plugin version, model, OS). No walnut data, no file contents, no conversation history. --- ## Flow ### 1. Collect Description Based on type, prompt with guidance that encourages detail: - **Bug:** "What went wrong? What did you expect to happen? Help us understand the problem you're solving." - **General:** "What's on your mind? The more context you give, the more useful it is for us." The human types their message. How to install
mdr add alivecontext/alive/alive:feedback@sha256:b11c2cc8d97b5d97The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260424.ac0e561, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
