Build and debug an MCP server tailored to a UI library / design system registry: tools, resources, prompts, empty schemas, component discovery, metadata, naming, branding, and Cursor/Claude/OpenCode compatibility. Use when agents cannot list or install components via MCP, schemas fail validation, or the MCP is too generic for a component registry. Not a general MCP tutorial — use mcp-builder for that.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # UI Library MCP MCP for a **component registry / Design System**, not a generic “any API” server. Agents should be able to: discover registries → search items → view files → get examples → obtain a CLI `add` command — without dumping the entire catalog into context. For general MCP server construction (transports, FastMCP, protocol study), use `mcp-builder`. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
