# Multi-Agent Orca 以当前主会话作为 PM，拆解、派工、巡检、验收和收口多个本地 Agent。日常 worktree 与 terminal/session 优先由 Orca 管理；Orca 不可用、用户明确要求或需要复现兼容路径时才使用 tmux。不要把“开了终端”误写成“建立了受监管任务”。 ## 1. 适用边界与副作用 使用本 Skill： - 同时推进两个以上边界独立、可分别验收的本地任务。 - 需要独立 worktree、分支、session、额度 lane 或可人工接管的长任务。 - PM 需要读取 worker 进度、纠偏、等待结构化完成事件并统一收口。 - 用户明确要求 Orca、tmux、独立 session、多个 worker、PM/orchestrator 或 Wave Autopilot。 - PM 与被管的 worker 都是 Codex App 内彼此独立的会话（cross-thread）：需要先看清全量在途会话、跨会话纠偏、裁决写域冲突。读 [Codex App cross-thread coordination](references/40-codex-app-native-coordination.md)；该通道只在当前宿主实际提供相应工具且用户授权跨会话消息时使用。 不要使用： - 单个短任务、一次性问答或无并行价值的单文件修改。 - 纯任务源、负责人和依赖状态同步：遵循项目任务源规则，不在本 Skill 扩展。 - branch/commit/push/PR/merge/冲突规则：使用 `git-workflow`。 - 宿主 runtime 内部的 Subagent 调度（同一会话内派生、无独立 thread 身份的 worker）：由宿主自身负责，不在本 Skill 扩展；本页只协调彼此独立的跨会话对象。 - **通道选择（subagent vs 独立 worker）是平行决策，不是降级回退**： - **宿主 subagent 首选**：中小型任务卡（单卡 ≤1h 工作量）、质量敏感（像素/数值级验证）、希望快（15-45 分钟/卡实测）、宿主额度充裕。实证（Fathom 2026-09-24，八卡 082-093）：全绿零返工、白名单零越权、运维成本近零。 - **独立 worker 首选**：宿主额度紧张/已撞限（subagent 与宿主共享额度，撞限时在途全灭）、大批量长任务并行、需要模型多样性（lane 切换走用户 API 额度）、宿主会话可能中断的任务。 - 混用纪律与通道无关：同文件域串行、异文件域并行的冲突控制对所有通道通用。 …

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
