Use on a weekday in the Recruiter's day, or when the owner asks who to connect with or what to comment on: builds the day's network plan (connection suggestions, comments, a weekly post idea); connects go out within the caps, notes and comments on the owner's yes.

# The day's network plan Owners: prospector (connection suggestions), linkedin-editor (comments and the post idea), messenger (people already in a thread); the Recruiter runs it and brings the owner the plan. Tier: T1 (a plan and staged drafts); every request, comment and post is T3: connects and follows with no note go out from the posts lane within the caps (charter, once `pace.py` is committed); notes, comments and posts only after the owner's yes (`playbooks/send-after-yes.md`). This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
