Support hero workflow — start a ticket investigation with auto-organized notes, find existing notes, or generate the weekly highlights log. Only invoke when the user explicitly runs /support or asks to start a support ticket investigation.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

Three subcommands:

Shorthands: `ph` → `posthog`, `z` → `zendesk`, `gh` → `github`.
To request reviewers on unreviewed flags bot PRs and assign new flags issues, run `/triage-flags-queue`. It is a separate skill, not a subcommand of this one.
`posthog` means an in-app support ticket. The in-app inbox is PostHog's own support product, and it replaces Zendesk; tickets carried over from Zendesk keep their old number as a tag (see Migrated Tickets).
## Routing
Parse the user's args:
1. If the first token is `find`, route to **Find Mode** below.
2. If the first token is `log`, route to **Log Mode** below.

How to install
mdr add haacked/dotfiles/support@sha256:cc999a34d80ba220The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261015.e9875b2, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
