# 选品、竞品与单位经济 把市场机会、可实现的产品差异、供应报价与完整单位经济连接起来，输出可复核的采购前判断。 ## 必要输入 - 平台、站点、购买任务、产品形态、规格/包数、目标价格带和数据窗口。 - 可比 ASIN/SKU 或关键词；供应报价、MOQ、包装尺寸重量、运费、佣金、履约、退货、税费和现金预算。 - 取数权限、已有报告的时间与覆盖范围；没有供应报价时只给市场判断。 ## 执行约定 - 先锁定平台、站点、商品或店铺、日期范围、时区、币种与指标定义；无法确认的字段保留 `UNKNOWN`，不补零。 - 每条结论关联证据编号。原始账户记录为 `FACT`，第三方销量和流量为 `ESTIMATE`，情景参数为 `ASSUMPTION`；记录数据源、采集时间、覆盖范围和缺失原因。 - 默认交付分析或草稿。外部取数与写入沿用用户已授权的范围和费用边界；新增范围才补充确认。实际写入记录对象、前后值、执行响应和回读结果，不能把草稿或请求接受写成已生效。 ## 工作流 1. 冻结样本规则、采集页数、排序与日期，保存父子 ASIN 和去重关系。父体销量与子体销量分别标识，不能重复求和。 2. 按 [数据工具路由](references/data-tools.md) 选择已有数据和可用连接器，保留来源原始指标名，再建立对齐表。 3. 按购买任务、规格、包数、材质与履约分组，分析价格带、需求趋势、集中度和新品表现；不足全年数据时说明季节性不可充分判断。 4. 从可追溯评论、Q&A 和公开反馈归纳痛点，记录样本数、时间、星级分布和变体归属；提及频次不是全体买家的发生率。 5. 将痛点转为产品改进假设，并要求规格、样品或供应商证据验证。供应报价统一为同一可售单位和 Incoterm，区分含税、运费、模具与打样费。 6. 使用 [单位经济说明](references/unit-economics.md) 和配套脚本测算。广告成本用每单金额或可对齐的广告收入份额换算，不把 ACOS 直接乘总销售额。 7. 结合市场、产品、供应、合规和现金缺口输出 GO / HOLD / NO-GO；展示基准与下行情景，列出最可能改变判断的下一项证据。 ## 关键边界 - 第三方销量、搜索量与关键词排名均有口径限制。单一 SERP 或 Top N 不代表全市场；不得把估算跨来源直接相加。 - 不以月搜索量、首屏评论数或固定售价区间作为通用选品硬门槛。 - 本阶段产生采购候选与验证计划，不因市场评分高而自动下单。 ## 交付与验收 - 带样本边界的市场与竞品表、关键词意图和评论痛点证据。 - 规格对齐的供应比较、单位经济、下行情景和首单资金需求。 - 进入判断、关键未知项、低成本验证任务。 …
