Automates the recording of user decisions, feedback, and tribal knowledge to ensure project consistency and long-term learning across all development tasks.

# Knowledge Capture ## Goal Capture and persist key architectural or procedural decisions in a centralized log file. ## File Format Reference This skill routes each lesson to one of two homes (see §3). **App-domain** entries go to `.wiki/core/18-knowledge-capture.md`, which follows the canonical 4-section layout below — identical to what `knowledge-consolidation` Phase 9 produces. **Machinery/process/tooling** entries go to `.devops/rules/process-lessons.md` instead. How to install
mdr add cmc-27/pass-the-parcel/knowledge-capture@sha256:0027f070a18d8393The line at the top of this page pins the label v9, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
