Use when starting a new session for a cross-session development project, or when the project uses Memory Bank structure (progress.md, activeContext.md, feature-list.json). Triggers on requests like "continue development", "resume work", or projects with agent-state/ and memory-bank/ directories.

# Long-Running Agent

## 核心原则
1. **增量进展**: 每次会话只处理一个功能或任务
2. **干净状态**: 会话结束时确保代码处于可工作状态
3. **完整记录**: 所有进度必须记录到 Memory Bank 和 Git
4. **自我验证**: 在标记功能完成前必须进行端到端测试

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
