Plan Agent：调研代码库 + 生成实施计划和验收标准。由 agent-pipeline 编排器调用，也可通过 /agent-pipeline-plan 独立触发。.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. 用 Grep/Glob/Read 工具探索：

3. **代码阅读**（Read）— 深入阅读关键文件
4. **依赖追踪**— 理解模块间的引用关系
将发现写入 `.pipeline/agents/plan/context.md`：

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
