Publish a finished /human-review page as a demo snapshot — copy it into the human-review repo's demo/, render its landing-page card from the page itself, commit and push, which is what makes the Pages copy, the rolling zip and the ghcr image. Explicit invocation only — user types /publish-demo.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

`$ARGS` is empty unless the user named something:
- a slug — pass it as the first positional argument;
- a source directory other than `.human-review` — pass `--src DIR`;
- "don't push yet" / "let me look first" — drop `--push` and pass `--card` instead;
- "make this the featured demo" / "put this one in the README" — add `--feature`;
- "skip the screenshots" — add `--no-tour`.
The script derives the slug from the project directory, copies the snapshot, leaves
behind the run's own dot-prefixed bookkeeping and `*.raw.webm`, refuses any file over
50 MB, rewrites that snapshot's card in `demo/index.html` from `review.html` and
`content.json`, then commits and pushes. When the slug is the featured one (`demo`), it

How to install
mdr add victorrentea/human-review/publish-demo@sha256:5ccdb72d9b353b52The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260930.bfeb5b3, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
