扫描本机 Claude Code、Codex、WorkBuddy、CodeBuddy、ZCode 等 Agent 会话，保留初始化和增量处理记录，低成本初筛后由当前 Agent 提炼经验、迭代与 Skill 沉淀建议，生成可独立打开的 HTML 报告。也用于复盘当前对话、接续每周沉淀或检查扫描覆盖。无需单独配置模型 API Key；不自动应用建议或安装 Skill。.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # Self Evolve 把 AI 协作经验转为有依据、可审阅的改进。遵循“脚本低成本初筛 → 当前 Agent 判断 → HTML 展示 → 用户或已获授权的执行者决定 → 另行实施与验证”。不要把生成建议等同于已采用或已验证有效。 ## 选择入口 - 扫描本机、首次初始化、定期/每周沉淀、生成 HTML：读 [公开版工作流](references/18-public-workflow.md)，使用 `scripts/public_workflow.py`。 - 带同事学习或演练"从既有会话做增量挖掘"：读 [课堂讲义](references/21-teaching-demo.md) 与 [演示脚本](references/22-teaching-demo-playbook.md)；课前彩排用 `scripts/teaching_demo.py`（合成数据、隔离数据根、不触网不调模型）。 - 只复盘当前 live 对话：读 [交互式沉淀](references/15-interactive-sediment.md)，识别可复用经验、路由已有资产，无目标时给出候选去向；不要求先扫描全机。不为“沉淀”强行新建 Skill。 - 排查旧定时部署、原提案账本、localhost Review Inbox、旧索引迁移：按需读 [历史工作台](references/19-legacy-workbench.md)。旧数据与入口继续保留；旧云模型/原文备份功能不属于公开版默认链路。 ## 能力边界与联网说明 默认链路（`public_workflow.py`）只做本机只读扫描与本地渲染，不联网、不调模型、不上传会话材料。 随包保留的旧工作台兼容层包含三类数据处理路径，机制各不相同： - **独立模型端点（SiliconFlow）**：`workmode_ledger.py analyze` 把脱敏后的偏好证据包 POST 到 `https://api.siliconflow.cn/v1/chat/completions`，需要环境变量 `SILICONFLOW_API_KEY`。缺 Key 或调用失败时**降级**为 `analysis_unavailable`（不产候选、退出码 0），不会报错中断。 - **本机 Claude CLI**：`distill_skill_portrait.py` 把脱敏后的 Skill 源码正文交给本机已登录的 `claude` CLI，`deep_dream.py` 把脱敏后的聚类包交给它。二者不读 `SILICONFLOW_API_KEY`，与上一条相互独立；材料走该 CLI 已配置的模型通道并消耗其额度，调度参数含 `--max-budget-usd` 上限。 …
