Start, stop and read Rhythm focus blocks (pomodoros tied to a task) and answer or snooze its stand-up reminder. Use when someone asks for a pomodoro, a focus block, a break, or to snooze or silence the stand-up reminder.

# Rhythm: focus blocks and stand-up breaks Rhythm is a Walnut plugin. It counts time at the keyboard, reminds the person to stand up after a stretch of it, and runs focus blocks (pomodoros) that can be tied to a task. Walnut goes quiet while a block runs. Every op below is called with `walnut tools call <op> '<json args>'`. How to install
mdr add evanzhang008/open-walnut/walnut-rhythm@sha256:77e37b99699b7887The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260925.ebb4db2, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
