The twenty-phase delivery pipeline. NEVER invoke this skill from conversation inference — it edits the working tree, commits, pushes and can publish. It is invoked by the /pipeline command and by nothing else. If you are considering this skill because the conversation mentions specs, plans or releases, do not: suggest the /pipeline command instead.

Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

What the file says

# pipeline:pipeline — the orchestrator

Drives one unit of work from a seed to a verified build: specification,
plan, tasks, implementation, review and release. Twenty phases, five
human gates, one state file. You are the orchestrator; the shell scripts
are your hands, and the state file is your memory.

## Ground rules

- **You never self-invoke.** The /pipeline command is the only entry.
- **Namespace:** when you name this plugin's helpers, say
  `pipeline:status`, `pipeline:spec-review`, `pipeline:device-verify` —
  the manifest name, a colon, the skill name. Nothing else resolves.
- **State reads:** `bash "${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/scripts/progress.sh"
  read <feature>` prints the state file. On this platform its output can
  carry CRLF line endings — parse it with `jq`, or capture through
  command substitution. NEVER pipe it into a `while read` loop; `read`
  keeps the trailing CR and every string comparison silently fails.
  `progress.sh get <feature> <key|filter>` prints one value with LF
  endings; a `jq` of your own whose output is read by line takes `-b`
  where that `jq` accepts it.
- **State writes**: the phase alphabet goes through `progress.sh`

How to install

The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261013.9bd1e66, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
