Второй половина альфа-движка: HARVEST добывает идею в дом, ADOPT решает, станет ли она живым процессом. Триггеры: "/adopt", "adopt <идея>", "прогони через adopt", "внедри альфу", "протестируй идею <X>", "берём эту идею — как внедрять", "adopt framework", после того как HARVEST/alpha-review отметил идею золотой и её надо ПРИМЕНИТЬ…
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

Каждая стадия стоит на уже готовом правиле (не строим второй движок). ## Модель: gated state machine (не линейная лесенка) ``` INTAKE → MAP → TEST → TRIAL → PROMOTE → VERIFY ``` Терминалы (в любой момент): **DROP · CONFIRMED_EXISTING · SUPERSEDED · RETIRED** ⛔ Два железных правила из DR: - **DROP возможен на КАЖДОМ гейте** (после MAP/TEST/TRIAL/VERIFY), не только финалом. - **VERIFY — отдельная стадия**, не внутри PROMOTE (иначе «внедрённое» = тихий мёртвый код). ## Стадии (и на чём стоят) **0. INTAKE.** Идея пришла из HARVEST/наблюдения/DR. Одна строка: что за альфа, откуда, почему ценна. **1. MAP + no-op check.** Переведи альфу в **changed mechanism** (Rule / Skill / Hook / Field / Rubric / Eval / Dashboard-query / Checklist). This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
