Use on /room-manager-digest, a 12h cron, or when a dept head wants a fresh report. Reads each dept room's rolling.md, summarizes the last 12h per person with status counts, and sends one digest per dept head via SendMessage. Idempotent: skips depts with no new entries.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# RoomManager Digest — 12-Hour Dept Head Report
This skill generates and sends one-paragraph digests to each department head.
It is safe to run as a standalone cron or merged into the main RoomManager cycle.

- If `last_digest` is null, absent, or > 12 hours ago → proceed.

## Digest Generation
For each dept room in the mapping above:
1. **Read** `~/.claude/agency-rooms/{dept}/context/rolling.md`
2. **Filter entries** from the last 12 hours only (compare timestamps to current time minus 12h)
3. **If no new entries** in the last 12h → skip this dept. No digest sent.
4. **Group by team member** — collect all entries for each person in the last 12h

How to install
mdr add tekkiiiii/the-agency/room-manager-digest@sha256:7af75025a7934382The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261009.e24f09d, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
